We can normally ship your order on the same day once it has been confirmed. We maintain large inventories of most commonly used products and typically stock approximately 300,000 micropipettes in our warehouse.

In-stock items: Typically ship the same day after order confirmation.

Large or special orders: Lead times will be confirmed when your order is acknowledged. Partial shipments may be provided, with the remaining quantities shipped within 1 to 8 weeks.

Custom or made-to-order products: Typically ship within 6 to 8 weeks.

Our products are manufactured and sterilized on a monthly schedule. This means that newly manufactured products are released for sterilization, transportation, sterilization processing, and quality control testing every month. This includes mandatory endotoxin testing and Mouse Embryo Assay (MEA) testing. Because of this, it may require an additional 3 to 4 weeks before the products are approved for shipment.

To maximize the likelihood of receiving your complete order by your desired delivery date, we recommend submitting your purchase order by the 20th day of the month, at least two months in advance.

For example, if you would like to receive products on or before July 22, 2026, we recommend placing your order no later than May 20, 2026.

Advance planning allows us to schedule production, sterilization, testing, and shipping to meet your requirements.

Yes. For customers who order regularly, we encourage you to provide forecasts of your anticipated inventory requirements 2 to 3 months in advance. Forecast information helps us plan production more effectively and maintain adequate inventory levels to support your business.

By sharing your expected demand in advance, you increase the likelihood of receiving your complete order in the shortest possible time.
