To ensure your complete order ships on time, we generally recommend placing orders at least 8 weeks (2 months) in advance. This lead time allows us to manufacture your micropipettes and accommodate any special requirements.

Since our products are sterilized on a monthly basis, we are unable to release inventory continuously. Newly manufactured products typically become available around the 20th of each month. To ensure your purchase order can be fulfilled in full, orders should be submitted by the 20th day of the month, at least two months before your desired delivery month. For example, if you want to receive products in full on or after 7/22/26, your order should be placed by 5/20/26.

We keep common items in stock, but orders involving large quantities, highly customized requirements, or less commonly used micropipette specifications require the 2 months timeline.

For customers who order regularly, we encourage you to share forecasts of your anticipated inventory needs 2-3 months in advance. This helps us plan production in advance and maintain product availability for your business.
