We are looking for a Warehouse and Distribution Operator to join our team and ensure the smooth flow of products to our customers around the world. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing the daily flow of goods by receiving, storing, packing, and shipping inventory. You will also operate machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment. This role requires physical stamina, sometimes lifting up to 50 lbs, and strong attention to detail to fulfill orders accurately. Key Responsibilities
· Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming stock accurately while updating inventory logs.
· Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring high-quality standards.
· Communication with customers: email and oral communication with customers about orders and shipments.
· Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks for material handling.
· Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean workspace, and report any damaged or broken inventory/equipment.
· Logistics & Distribution: Assist with loading/unloading trucks and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
· Pest control: Check and replace bug traps every month or when necessary; Spray pesticide chemicals every 3 Months.
· Housekeeping: Ensure the warehouse and facilities clean and organized, replace paper towels, etc.
Qualifications
· Education: High school diploma or higher education. An associate degree is desirable.
· Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory control experience is preferred. Experience in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and basic computer knowledge is desirable.
· Skills: Strong organizational skills, basic math skills, and ability to use inventory software (Fishbowl Inventory Management Software).
· Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and occasionally work in varying temperature conditions.
