Position Summary

We are looking for an Order Fulfillment and Warehouse Operator to join our team and ensure the smooth flow of products to our customers around the world. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing the daily flow of goods by receiving, storing, packing, and shipping inventory. This role requires physical stamina to lift products and pack products, and strong attention to detail to fulfill orders accurately and maintain accurate inventory records. Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming stock accurately while updating inventory logs. Maintain up-to-date inventory records and ensure proper product identification and storage.

• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently, ensuring products meet quality and packaging standards before dispatch.

• Product Inspection & Inventory Updates: Inspect finished products for proper packaging and condition, and accurately update inventory records as new products are produced.

• Customer Communication: Communicate professionally with customers by email and phone regarding orders and shipments.

• Inventory & Office Systems: Use excel and other software to maintain and track inventory. Use Outlook or Gmail for customer and internal communications. 

• Logistics: Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, assist with loading/unloading trucks and ensure timely dispatch of goods. 

• Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean workspace, and report any damaged or broken inventory/equipment.

• Pest control: Check and replace bug traps every month or when necessary; Spray pesticide chemicals every 3 Months.  

• Housekeeping: Ensure the warehouse and facilities are clean and organized, replace paper towels, etc.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or higher education. An associate's degree is desirable.  
• Experience: Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations is preferred.
• Computer: in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, inventory software (Fishbowl Inventory Management Software) and basic computer knowledge is desirable.
• Skills: Strong cleanliness and organizational skills, plus basic math skills
• Physical Requirements: Ability to pack lots of shipments, lift up to 50 lbs, and occasionally work in varying temperature conditions.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precision fabrication of high-quality glass pipettes using microscopes and specialized micro‑fabrication equipment. This role requires excellent fine‑motor skills, strong attention to detail, good vision, and the ability to follow regulated manufacturing procedures in a cleanroom environment. The operator ensures all products meet strict quality, safety, and documentation standards consistent with medical‑device industry expectations. Key Responsibilities

Microscopy‑Based Fabrication

• Fabricate high-precision glass pipettes for IVF applications according to defined specifications.
• Operate microscopes, glass pullers, and micro‑grinders to produce consistent, high-quality products.
• Bend pipettes to required angles and lengths with accuracy and repeatability.

Quality Evaluation & Sorting

• Inspect pipettes under the microscope to verify dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
• Evaluate product quality and identify defects or deviations.
• Sort finished products into designated size ranges and classifications.

Documentation & Data Entry

• Complete order forms and production documentation accurately during the fabrication process.
• Enter production data into Excel spreadsheets with precision and attention to traceability.

Packaging & Production Support

• Package products for sterilization and/or further production steps.
• Maintain proper labeling, lot control, and handling of components and finished goods.

Cleanliness & Environmental Monitoring

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning workstations and maintaining an organized production area.
• Record daily temperature readings for controlled rooms and storage areas.
• Complete weekly cleaning tasks according to the rotation schedule.

Compliance & Conduct

• Follow the company dress code and any applicable gowning requirements.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory procedures relevant to medical‑device manufacturing.

Minimal Requirements

• High school diploma or higher education. An associate's degree is desirable.  
• Good eyesight and visual acuity to perform precision work under a microscope.
• Experience using Excel for data entry and basic documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and manage time effectively.
• Demonstrated efficiency and consistency in completing assigned tasks.
